With strong market demand, Frasers required a digital solution that could deliver a flexible, zone-specific customer journey within their multi-purpose Discovery Centre.
Frasers Property envisioned a digitally empowered sales environment that could cater to different property types through clearly defined zones in their Mambourin Discovery Centre. The solution needed to:
Zone-Based Presentation with Targeted Screens
To support a segmented sales strategy, each product type within the Mambourin Discovery Centre was assigned its own digital zone. We equipped the space with a suite of screens to match the scale and focus of each presentation. The main display - an 86" wall-mounted touchscreen - provides an impactful, large-format experience ideal for group presentations. Complementing this are 65" and 55" touchscreens positioned to facilitate more personal, one-on-one discussions. Additional portrait digital signage screens, discreetly integrated into structural columns, display branded messaging, promotions, and key updates, reinforcing the Frasers brand throughout the space.
Interactive Masterplan and Visual Tools
Key to the experience is the interactive masterplan, enabling clients to explore individual lots, view live availability and pricing, and discover the location of future amenities. This digital masterplan is designed to work in harmony with the physical model, helping clients better visualise their future home and surroundings. The app also allows sales agents to present detailed package information, designs, and floorplans in a visually engaging way.
Content Flexibility and Event-Readiness
The Mambourin solution is powered by the IdeaLayer platform, giving the sales team full autonomy over their digital content. They can easily update listings, switch promotional messaging, and tailor the experience to align with new releases or sales events - without the need for technical assistance. This level of control ensures that the digital environment can adapt quickly to meet changing priorities and maintain a fresh, relevant experience for every visitor.
