Senso, developed by Dasco, is a luxurious, resort-inspired residential community located in Epping, NSW. Designed to elevate everyday living, Senso combines lush, nature-filled landscaping with wellness-driven architecture.
Residents will enjoy rooftop pools, a wellness club, rooftop cinema, sensory walkways, and beautifully appointed 1- to 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Dasco sought an immersive and flexible digital presentation system to reflect the distinctive, high-end lifestyle that Senso offers. Given the scale and richness of the amenity offering and architectural vision, their goal was to deliver a sensory sales experience - one that resonates with the resort-like aura of the development and supports deeper engagement, wherever clients and agents are in the sales suite.
Dasco required the ability to adapt content for different devices and digital screens and to keep content fresh and manageable.
Together with Snaploader, we partnered with Dasco to deliver the Senso project app, built on the Idealayer platform and deployed across an extensive range of interactive technology and devices within the sales suite. Our solution included the following key features:
Interactive 3D Model
A highly detailed and interactive 3D model of the Senso development sits at the centre of the app experience, enabling clients to explore the architecture, amenity spaces, and landscape vision from every angle. As users drill into individual levels, the system reveals 3D floorplates with live availability, while 3D apartment models provide a clear spatial understanding of layouts, orientation, and flow.
Clients can take the experience further by adding virtual, to-scale furniture into the 3D apartment model—helping them understand how the space works for their lifestyle and allowing agents to qualify buyers or guide trial closes with confidence.
Live Floorplates
To replace traditional printed collateral and floorplate boards, Senso utilises a dynamic live floorplate viewer within the app and on digital signage displays. This viewer displays real-time availability, supports multiple buildings and future stages, and gives sales agents a clean, adaptable tool that remains accurate at all times. As an added bonus, the sales team is able to flick content to these screens and utilise them as larger display screens for the app content.
Multi-Screen Interactivity
The sales space is designed to work as a unified, interactive environment. Using our 'Flick' feature, agents can easily share content between tablets, touchscreens, and display walls by simply flicking content to the edge of the screen to present them to a group of people. As users navigate tabs within the app, dynamic scenes are triggered across the room - controlling everything from content on video walls to associated audio.
Remote Access
To support broader distribution and global reach, we enabled IdeaLayer Cloud access for Dasco’s external and international agents. This gives them full access to the app and content, allowing them to deliver professional presentations remotely or on the go.
Personalised Info Packs
Sales agents can mark up brochures, floorplans, and apartment details within the app and generate personalised information packs, which are emailed directly to clients. They can also send a shareable link to the 3D apartment model, so clients can revisit and explore the property from home.
