Aurora, located in Wollert Victoria, combines an intimate, stylish, suburban lifestyle with the city’s convenience and the space and charm of a village. The Aurora sales office was designed to have flexible spaces dedicated to each of the product offerings – introducing the masterplan, showcasing land for sale, house and land packages, and information about builder partners. IdeaLayer enables Lendlease staff to curate a selection of content available at each of the touchscreens, so that staff can guide visitors around the room and showcase information personalised to each buyer.

A physical model of Aurora enables buyers to visualise the development area in a large format. Model lighting is controlled via the digital masterplan, powered by Mapovis, so that the sales consultant can touch on areas of the digital masterplan and have it highlight on the physical model.
