TOGA Group sought to transform their sales presentations for their prestigious Macquarie Rise development in Sydney's Macquarie Park. Recognising the need for an engaging and immersive experience, TOGA partnered with IdeaLayer and Snaploader to implement a cutting-edge sales tech solution within their display gallery.
Macquarie Rise, a development featuring high-end apartments and penthouses, required a sales environment that reflected its premium status. TOGA envisioned a space capable of hosting both intimate client meetings and busy launch sales nights. The primary objective was to deliver to prospective buyers an exceptional, memorable introduction of the project through dynamic digital presentations, enabling clients to visualise and interact with the development in detail. Helping buyers understand the project through 3D and traditional architecture models was critical.
Implementation of IdeaLayer and Snaploader transformed the Macquarie Rise sales office into a state-of-the-art presentation suite. Key elements included:
Interactive Presentations: A Surface Studio touchscreen and three 75" wall-mounted displays serve as a central hub for showcasing the project. Content can be flicked to any screen. Agents guide clients through a 3D model, compare apartment floor plans, and explore various colour schemes and view shots.
Architectural Model Integration: Dynamic lighting control of the architectural model enables agents to pinpoint available units, offering clients a tangible visualisation of their potential new home.
Flexible Selling Zones: Three Surface Pro tablets enable agents to freely walk around the display suite, presenting in the main area or moving to a private conversation. The tablets can flick content to any screen and link to the architectural model.
Virtual Exploration: A detailed 3D building model and interiors provide virtual tour experiences, enabling clients to examine finishes, colour palettes, and views from individual units. Buyers can immediately see what they’re getting and move more quickly to making a decision.
Remote Presentations: IdeaLayer Cloud extends the sales experience beyond the display suite. Agents can conduct virtual presentations, replicating the in-person experience for remote buyers via video conference or mobile devices.
Window Signage: Two 98" signage screens facing the street enable TOGA to showcase the development to foot and car traffic passing the display suite. Content is managed in a central platform that enables showcase on the internal or external display screens.
The integration of these technologies significantly elevates the sales process at Macquarie Rise. The interactive environment empowers agents to engage clients more effectively, providing comprehensive and visually compelling information. Apartment buyers benefit from a deeper understanding of the project, enabling them to make informed decisions with confidence. The remote presentation capability further extends the reach of the sales team and external agents, resulting in accelerated sales through a wider customer base.
The hardware and software solution has proven to be robust, always operational at its full potential, and with TOGA able to update stock listing and marketing collateral instantaneously through a web portal.
