Lyra by Stockland is a visionary new community in Donnybrook, Victoria, designed with connection, liveability, and future-forward thinking at its core. Just 40 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, Lyra offers a lifestyle surrounded by green spaces, modern amenity, and easy access to transport, making it an appealing choice for first-home buyers, families, and investors alike.
To match the ambition of the development, Stockland required a tech-driven sales experience that would elevate the way Lyra was presented to prospective buyers - both in person and remotely.
Stockland approached Idealayer with the goal of delivering a flexible and immersive digital sales solution for the Lyra Sales & Information Centre. The solution needed to:
We delivered the Lyra project app, powered by the Idealayer platform and deployed on a Surface Pro tablet paired with a wall-mounted display screen, creating a flexible and modern client journey throughout the sales space.
Flexibility with Integration
At the centre of the system is a Surface Pro tablet, giving agents complete flexibility to walk clients through the Lyra app from anywhere in the space. When connected to the 65" wall-mounted display, the app can “Flick” content up to the screen - allowing for seamless transitions between the tablet and the larger display screen. When not actively in use, the screen plays a loop of branded Lyra content to promote the project and current promotions.
Interactive Masterplan with Mapovis
The app integrates a Mapovis-powered interactive masterplan, allowing clients to explore the Lyra community in detail. Users are able to view live lot availability, access brochures for townhomes and house packages, discover future stage releases, and explore detailed lot information such as size, orientation, and price.
Remote Access via Idealayer Cloud
The project also includes cloud-based access through the Idealayer platform, enabling agents to open the app on laptops or iPads. This functionality is ideal for remote work or video conferencing, giving agents the flexibility to present the same rich content experience whether they’re in the sales suite or hosting a virtual consultation with a client.
