Touchtable Presentation Experience
At the heart of the solution is a 65" multi-touch display table, which serves as the primary presentation tool within the sales suite. The large, interactive surface allows agents to guide clients through the Evergreen app in a hands-on, collaborative format.
Interactive Masterplan
Agents and their clients can navigate an interactive masterplan to explore available lots, present home and land packages in side-by-side comparisons, showcase designs and floorplans in detail, and tap into live availability and pricing updates.
Personalised Engagement and Information Sharing
The Evergreen app also features markup tools that allow both agents and clients to annotate documents such as brochures and floorplans directly on-screen. These personalised notes and documents can then be included in a custom email information pack, which is sent directly to the client. This not only improves clarity for the buyer but also streamlines follow-up communication for the sales team.
