Evergreen is a thoughtfully planned community by AVJennings, located in Spring Farm, New South Wales. Offering a mix of stylish 3, 4, and 5-bedroom turnkey homes, the project is designed to meet the needs of modern Australian families. Surrounded by green spaces and close to key amenities, Evergreen delivers both convenience and community - making it an attractive option for a wide range of buyers.

To support the sales experience on-site, AVJennings sought a simple yet impactful technology solution that would elevate how they presented their homes and land packages to potential clients.

Brief

AVJennings needed a clean and intuitive digital experience to support their team at Evergreen. The solution had to:

Showcase available home and land packages clearly and attractively
Enable exploration of the interactive masterplan
Keep presentations engaging and easy to navigate for buyers of all ages
Allow agents to personalise and share relevant sales materials with clients

Solution Implementation

We developed the Evergreen project app, designed specifically to meet AVJennings’ sales and presentation needs for the Spring Farm project.

Touchtable Presentation Experience

At the heart of the solution is a 65" multi-touch display table, which serves as the primary presentation tool within the sales suite. The large, interactive surface allows agents to guide clients through the Evergreen app in a hands-on, collaborative format.

Interactive Masterplan

Agents and their clients can navigate an interactive masterplan to explore available lots, present home and land packages in side-by-side comparisons, showcase designs and floorplans in detail, and tap into live availability and pricing updates.

Personalised Engagement and Information Sharing

The Evergreen app also features markup tools that allow both agents and clients to annotate documents such as brochures and floorplans directly on-screen. These personalised notes and documents can then be included in a custom email information pack, which is sent directly to the client. This not only improves clarity for the buyer but also streamlines follow-up communication for the sales team.
