Overview
Elan is a boutique collection of luxury coastal residences by Level 33 in Kiama, NSW — nineteen three-bedroom homes and one penthouse, designed by PBD Architects. Level 33 needed a sales suite that felt as refined as the product: calm on arrival, capable of intimate buyer conversations, and ready to scale up for group presentations without breaking the atmosphere of the space.
The Brief
The display suite had to work hard in a compact footprint. Entrance lounge screens needed to set the tone and double as presentation surfaces for tablet-led conversations. A central touch table had to carry the heavy lifting — location, floorplans, and 3D exploration — while a video wall handled large-format storytelling. Buyers also needed a way to step inside the residences virtually, comparing finishes and colour schemes in detail before committing.
What We Delivered
- Entrance Lounge Signage — 2 × 75” displays set the scene on arrival and support tablet-led sales presentations when agents flick content up from a private conversation
- Touch Table — 55” multi-touch table for exploring location, floorplans, and the broader project story
- Video Wall — large-format presentation of lifestyle video, the 3D model, and ambient signage scenes; content cast from the table or tablets via flick
- Interactive 3D Model — buyers visualise the development and move into 3D apartments to understand layout, outlook, and scale
- Virtual Walkthrough — immersive apartment showcase where buyers explore interiors and review finishes and colour schemes in detail
- Portfolio Access — menu-level access to all other Level 33 projects, so agents can present across the developer’s pipeline from a single suite
- IdeaLayer Cloud — external agents access the full platform remotely and present from anywhere, on any device
